All attendees are to make their own reservations by using the booking links provided via email or here as follows:

  • Hotel reservations can be made by contacting the hotel reservation desk by calling, 855-729-3108 and ask for the room block for American Leather Chemist at the Hershey Lodge 05/20 – 05/24
  • Reservations can be made seven days a week from 8 AM – 8 PM EST.

Hotel Registration

  • Please be aware that the room block cut-off date is Friday April 19, 2024
  • After the cut-off date, rooms and/or group rate may no longer be available.

Cancellation Policy

  •  Any cancellation occurring less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax to the individual.
