Hotel Reservation

Deadline for hotel reservations is no later than Monday, May 19, 2018.

All reservations must be made individually through the Hotel by calling 1-877-285-6150 or providing the reservation form by May 19, 2018.  Individuals must identify themselves as a member of the Group, namely, American Leather Chemists Association.  All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night deposit.  Any individual reservation cancelled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the first nights BCP plus tax.

The Hotel’s check-in time is 4 pm. The Hotel’s check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Reservation forms received after the cut off date will be confirmed on a space available basis only

Package Rates are per guest per night and include breakfast, lunch and dinner plus service charge, amenity fee, room tax and state tax. Package begins with lunch on day of arrival and ends with breakfast on day of departure

Rates will be as follows:

Early Arrival (June 12)
Single Occupancy $288.53 per person, inclusive of all taxes
Double Occupancy $144.87 per person, per night inclusive of all taxes

Package Rate for nights of June 13, 14, or 15 which includes accommodations, breakfast, lunch, dinner, 10% service charge, 3% room tax and 6.75% state tax:
Single $427.53 per night
Double $283.43 per night per person
