Deadline for hotel reservations is no later than Saturday, May 21, 2016.

All reservations must be made individually through the Hotel by calling 1-304-243-4000 or (800) 624-6988, or a reservation form can be printed at our website and faxed to 304-243-4143 or emailing the form to or by mailing the form to Oglebay Resort & Conference Center, Rt 88 North, Wheeling, WV 26003.  Be sure to reference the American Leather Chemists Association when calling for a reservation.

The Hotel's check-in time is 3 pm.  The Hotel's check-out time is 11:00 am.


Please Note the Following:


Reservation forms received after the cut off date will be confirmed on a space available basis only.


Reservations must be accompanied by a deposit equivalent to one night's room charges plus 6% sales tax and 6% city hotel tax.  Deposits made with a credit card are charged on the date the reservation is processed. 


Package Rates are per guest per night and include breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Package begins with lunch on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 and ends with breakfast on Saturday, June 25, 2016.


Cancellation refunds will be honored up to 10 days prior to checkin.  Inside 10 days the deposit will be forfeited.

Rates will be as follows:


Early Arrival and Late Stayover  (June 21, June 25)

Intermediate room       $154 plus tax

Deluxe room               $175 plus tax

Premium room            $204 plus tax


Package Rate for nights of June 22, 23, or 24

Intermediate Room

Single         $302.25 per night

Double       $216 per night per person


Deluxe Room

Single         $326.27 per night

Double       $228 per night per person


Premium Room

Single         $358.26 per night

Double       $244 per night per person
